NCSA President Participates in Panel Discussion at the 2025 Global Security Forum
His Excellency Eng. Abdulrahman bin Ali Al Farahid Al Malki, President of the National Cyber Security Agency (NCSA), participated in a panel discussion titled "Shadow Forces: The Growing Threat of Non-State Actors in Cyber Security and Information Warfare," held during the 2025 Global Security Forum (GSF) in Doha, Qatar. The session explored the evolving methods and roles of non-state actors and the growing challenges they pose to national sovereignty, regional security, and international norms. During the discussion, His Excellency highlighted the significant evolution in cyberattack methods in the context of emerging technologies and artificial intelligence, and shared Qatar’s experiences in addressing and containing such threats.Latest News
