NCSA Organizes a Series of Workshops Under the Cyber Security Innovation, Research, and Development Program (CSIRD)
As part of the ongoing efforts launched by the National Cyber Security Agency to establish the Cyber Security Innovation, Research, and Development (CSIRD) Program, the Agency organized a series of specialized workshops with the participation of key government, academic, and industrial entities in the country, in collaboration with the Qatar Computing Research Institute and the HBKU Research and Development Corporation. These workshops aimed to shape the program’s direction and define its national priorities in light of local market needs and global cybersecurity developments. Held over three days, the three workshops focused on key themes: market needs and government priorities, coordination and national partnerships, and infrastructure and enablement. Participants discussed ways to strengthen research capabilities and promote cross-sector collaboration to develop advanced, homegrown solutions that contribute to protecting Qatar’s cyberspace.Latest News
